We held our first one-day workshop in Barcelona in October 2019, and were able to hold our first weekend workshop in February 2020, just before Covid-19 hit Europe. We had also planned workshops in May and the Summer, but these had to be cancelled due to the pandemic.

Since then we have had time to think about and reconsider our workshops and feel into what we wish to offer. These initial Open Heart workshops were focused almost exclusively on introducing Internal Family Systems therapy (IFS), and we now feel we would like to expand them, including not just IFS but other resources, tools, knowledge and experience that we have accrued over three decades of therapeutic, psychospiritual and philosophical training and inner work.

Once we have developed and structured this new content, we will publish them along with dates and format (online, in-person or both). We really want to create and share workshops that include the tools and resources that we have found to be the most powerful and liberating.
